All Around Town Catering specializes in gourmet menu items consisting of Southern favorites and a little touch of Italian and Greek cuisine and will now be adding some specially selected Mexican favorites from La Cocina. The addition of some selected Mexican menu items will greatly enhance our international menu.
After almost 30 years, Wanda Merewether has sold her landmark restaurant to Ron Mason and his staff. What has surprised Ron is the dedication of thousands of customers who have continued to visit the restaurant weekly or monthly for 10, 20, and almost thirty years. Some met there and married and now bring their teenage children. We are extremely excited about the new acquisition and although our two staffs prepare and cook separate menu items, we hope our catering clients will be pleased with the addition of a few gourmet Mexican menu items along with a few of the most popular Mexican food items such as Tacos, Burritos, and Fajaitas. Now that we have an excellent and knowledgeable Mexican cooking staff, we feel confident that we can please our clients and add to their menu choices.
Corporate managing partner, Mark Giorgi announced that AATC will now be slowly adding the most popular menu items of La Cocina to the catering menu and assures his customers that each item added will be selected for its authentic Spanish ingredients and taste as prepared by Leo Martinez, an excellent Mexican cook.
Executive Chef Shawn Morrison is dedicated to making sure that each meal is prepared with quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, and presented to our customers in the best gourmet fashion possible. Chef Shawn and his staff work continuously with Mark to find and add new menu items to present and prepare for our clients. The process is slow and meaningful and only after continuous cooking and tasting will the best be added to our menu. Many of our long time customers have noticed that our menu has been reduced to a third of what it was six months ago. Chef Shawn and Mark have a desire to prepare and deliver the best gourmet food.
